These principles are used as points of departure for risk\ ntaking and investigation. Improvisational tools are utilized as a way to\ nawaken the senses\, challenge movement conventions\, and find ways to\nna vigate from feet to floor seamlessly. This high intensity class builds\nin to learning excerpts of LED repertoire\, giving dancers the opportunity to \ndig deep into the movement and investigate elements of dynamics\, direct ion\,\nsize and texture. Be prepared to sweat and surprise yourself! O pen to\nintermediate &amp\; advanced dance students from middle school to high\nschool.
