-making and\nmixed media pieces. Using a combination of traditional and un
conventional\nmedia she makes prints\, calligraphy pieces and artist books
that focus on\nreligious\, social\, and scientific themes.

The Summit is named in\nmemory of Wendy Pesk y\, a beloved longtime Sun Valley Museum of Art board\nmember and tireless champion for arts and education. Together with her\nhusband\, Alan\, Wend y founded the Lee Pesky Learning Center\, which helps\nstudents overcome l earning disabilities. Wendy and Alan also established\nSVMoA’s Wendy &am p\; Alan Pesky Educator Scholarship\, which supports\nprofessional develop ment in the arts\, and were instrumental in shaping\nSVMoA’s in-classroo m arts integration program. The two-day workshop will consist of classroom instruction and\na lo cation shoot on the first day\, where participants will have the\nopportun ity to practice their photography skills and capture the landscape\nat the magic hour of sunset. On the second day\, meet in the Hailey\nclassroom t o learn the basics of editing and engage in the post-production\nprocess.< /p>
