Ashley has been coming to Sun Valley since she was four years old, and the Wood River Valley has always felt like a second home. Her winding career path has taken her from teaching junior high school in the South Bronx to design strategy at an architecture firm to working in management consulting and roles that reflect her enduring curiosity about how people learn, create, and connect.

She also spent three years sailing around the world as part of an educational voyage, an experience that shaped her sense of adventure and global perspective.

Ashley holds a BA in English from Duke University, an M.Ed. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and an MBA in Design Strategy from the California College of the Arts. When she’s not working, she enjoys hiking, fly-fishing, skiing, and stand-up paddling and gets her “wind fix” snowkiting across the Camus Prairie fields.
