Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director and 
Assistant Director & Curator, serving as a key liaison across all museum departments. This role combines 
high-level executive support with hands-on program coordination, managing everything from board 
communications and donor relations to exhibition logistics and visitor services

Museum Educator

The Museum Educator collaborates with educators, museum professionals, and community members to support K–12 learning through arts education and engagement. This role leads exhibition tours, co-creates curriculum, and assists with educational programming and events, while also managing essential administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and program communications. The Museum Educator plays a key role in inspiring creativity, confidence, empathy, and problem-solving through the visual arts.

Teen Internship Program

The Sun Valley Museum of Art Teen Intern Program offers high school students a paid, seasonal internship designed to develop leadership and creativity while immersing them in arts programming, community engagement, and museum operations.

Two sessions are available—Fall 2025 (applications due Monday, September 8, 2025) and Spring 2026 (applications due Monday, January 12, 2026)—and interns will gain hands-on experience planning events, supporting gallery exhibitions, creating social media content, and connecting with local artists, all while collaborating with fellow creative teens.
