Join SVMoA’s Curator of Visual Arts, Courtney Gilbert, for a conversation with Alan Pesky, author Sarah Sentilles, and artists Anna Fidler and Heather Watkins about the creation of Let There Be, a limited edition poster featuring a passage from Sentilles’s book Draw Your Weapons, Fidler’s artwork, and Watkins’s design. Conceived of by Alan and Wendy Pesky, the poster benefits Lee Pesky Learning Center and The Alliance of Idaho. Pesky, Sentilles, Fidler and Watkins will share the inspiration behind the project and discuss the collaborative process that transformed Sentilles’s words into a visual artwork.
