2019 Lecture: This Land is Home by Leo Ariwite

Leo Ariwite was born and raised in Salmon, Idaho, and is descended from the band of Sacajawea. His forebears, including Chief Tendoy, were forced to leave Salmon in 1907 and live on the Fort Hall Reservation. Leo will share stories of his homeland and how this land and it’s people were impacted by colonization.
